Foxconn chooses Wisconsin for $3B plant

Taiwanese electronics manufacturer Foxconn has chosen Wisconsin over several other states, including North Carolina, to build a $10 billion plant that will initially employ 3,000. The news comes as a disappointment to the Tar Heel State, with N.C. Commerce Secretary Tony Copeland having recently said that Foxconn was still considering North Carolina as a potential site for the plant.
