Japanese auto-parts firm invests in Scotland County operations

Auto-parts manufacturer FCC North Carolina will invest $826,500 in expanding its Scotland County operations, a move that will create 28 jobs over three years. The company, a division of Japan-based FCC Co., currently has two plants in Scotland County, where it has operated for 16 years. Primary customers include Honda, Ford and Fiat Chrysler.
