RSC Chemical Solutions, also known as Radiator Specialty Co., is closing its Indian Trail plant and eliminating 66 jobs. The company will contract manufacture its products including Gunk and Liquid Wrench.
Toyota and Mazda have chosen Huntsville, Alabama, over the Greensboro area as the site of a plant where the two companies will assemble 300,000 automobiles a year. North Carolina had been a finalist along with Alabama for the plant. An official announcement of the site location is expected today.
